Details of the Incident

Court documents indicate that the alleged victim is someone Brown had a relationship with. Additionally, the records state that Brown caused injury to Jesus DeLeon. The arrest occurred on Sunday by Cherokee County deputies after reports that he entered a residence without permission and refused to leave when asked.

Authorities from the City of Baxter Springs confirmed that Brown is still listed as a part-time police officer. However, as part of his bond conditions, he is not allowed to possess firearms or ammunition and must avoid contact with the alleged victims.

Brown's initial court appearance is set for January.
