Search Underway for Missing Charlotte Resident
Authorities in Charlotte are appealing to residents for assistance in locating a 69-year-old man who disappeared on Sunday afternoon. James Elbert Harris was last observed around 3:30 p.m. in the 8800 block of North Tryon Street.
Concerns About Condition
Police indicate Harris might be suffering from cognitive issues that could leave him disoriented. He is thought to be traveling on foot and was wearing a gray tracksuit, white athletic shoes, and a black jacket when last seen.
Officials are urging anyone with knowledge of his location to contact emergency services by dialing 911 without delay.
