Guilty Plea Leads to Incarceration
On December 19, 2025, Angel Pizarro, a 44-year-old from Fall River, entered a guilty plea in Superior Court. He faced accusations of stalking as a subsequent offense and intimidating a witness, as confirmed by the Bristol County District Attorney's Office.
Pattern of Harassment Detailed
From early November 2024 through late February 2025, Pizarro persistently contacted a woman through calls, texts, and emails. Even after she blocked his number, he utilized an application and personal email to send messages that included physical threats and implied he was monitoring her movements.
Authorities reported that Pizarro escalated his behavior by visiting the victim's residence, where he remained outside honking his car horn. On a separate occasion, he pulled his vehicle next to hers and simulated a firearm with his hand. The threatening communications persisted following these incidents.
"The defendant engaged in a pattern of threatening and harassing conduct that caused the victim to fear for her safety," stated District Attorney Quinn, emphasizing that the imposed sentence was essential to shield the victim from additional harm.
Sentencing Outcome
The court ordered Pizarro to serve three to four years in state prison, with a subsequent two-year probation period.
