The vehicle's owner, an elderly individual, discovered the truck was missing after receiving a notification.

At the time of the incident, the truck had been left parked at the Department of Social and Health Services facility in Port Angeles.

The owner had temporarily parked there while traveling to undergo medical treatment for cancer.

Officers received information about the stolen vehicle as it was moving through the Aberdeen area.

During the traffic stop, deputies discovered various items inside the truck that had been taken from a business in Forks during a recent burglary.

The individual was taken into custody and transported to the Grays Harbor County Jail, facing charges related to possession of stolen property.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the suspect may be subject to further legal charges as the investigation continues.
