Suspect Identified in Milford Business Theft

In Milford, a man from Acushnet has been accused of several offenses linked to a theft that occurred at a local Dunkin' Donuts. The event took place on December 19 at the establishment situated on 146 Main Street.

According to authorities, an employee reported that an individual, posing as an inspection officer, managed to enter the business and take more than $600 from an accessible safe.

Law enforcement utilized surveillance video and a Flock Safety Search to pinpoint Jamal Guinyard, 40, of Acushnet as the person responsible. During questioning, Guinyard confessed to carrying out the theft.

Following the investigation, Guinyard was formally charged with Larceny From Building, Larceny Under $1200 by False Pretense, and Trespassing.
