Monday Evening Crash Involves Amazon Vehicle
Emergency responders were called to the intersection of E County Line Road and Spring Falls Avenue after 6 p.m. on Monday following a collision between two vehicles.
Ohio State Highway Patrol investigators confirmed that an Amazon delivery van and a sport utility vehicle were involved in the incident.
Investigation Details
According to preliminary findings from the highway patrol, the Amazon delivery vehicle was reversing from a private driveway onto the roadway when the SUV struck the rear portion of the van.
Officials stated that the Amazon van failed to yield the right of way to the approaching SUV.
Both operators were transported to medical facilities for treatment following the collision.
Current Medical Status
On Wednesday, a spokesperson for the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the driver of the SUV continues to receive intensive medical care and remains in critical condition.
