Residents heading out Friday morning will experience comfortable conditions with temperatures in the 70s across Central Florida.
Significant Temperature Shift Expected
Meteorologist Kassandra Crimi noted that Saturday morning will feel dramatically different, with readings 20 to 30 degrees lower than Friday's levels.
This change results from a cold front scheduled to arrive in the area during Friday evening hours.
Friday's weather will begin with mostly cloudy skies and potential light sprinkles, gradually clearing through the afternoon. Daytime highs will remain mild, reaching the 70s to low 80s.
Following the front's passage overnight, temperatures will plummet into the 40s and low 50s by early Saturday.
Quick Recovery Forecast
The cooler conditions won't persist long. Saturday afternoon is expected to bring mostly sunny skies with pleasant temperatures climbing back to the upper 70s.
Weather officials advise residents to prepare for the temperature swing while enjoying the weekend's improving conditions.
