Authorities in Plymouth Township have announced the identification and charging of individuals responsible for a disruptive event at a Montgomery County intersection during the summer.

Details of the Incident

The occurrence took place on June 15 at the junction of Ridge Pike, Chemical Road, and North Lane.

According to investigators, the individuals involved—Amar Abdalhamed Amar from Arnold, Md.; Gabriel Hernandez from Pennsauken, N.J.; and Marco Mirkovic from Newark, Del.—obstructed traffic, executed donut maneuvers, and ignited fireworks.

All three men are facing multiple charges such as reckless endangerment, reckless driving, illegal racing, and associated traffic violations.

Officials noted that, alongside the criminal charges, three spectators received citations for vehicle code infractions related to obstructing the roadway.
