On Wednesday, the Israeli military announced it had carried out operations against Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon.
The targeted sites included launch facilities and other military structures recently used by the group's members.
"The presence of the attacked launch sites constitutes a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon," stated the military.
It emphasized that such actions would continue to counter threats and prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its capabilities.
Recent Military Actions
Earlier reports from a Hezbollah-affiliated media outlet indicated Israeli aircraft had struck areas in the Tebna region and Wadi Houmin of southern Lebanon's Sidon District.
This follows previous IDF operations on Sunday, where two Hezbollah operatives were targeted near Yater in southern Lebanon.
One of those individuals was killed and was reportedly involved in efforts to restore the group's military infrastructure in the area.
The military stated that such rehabilitation activities pose a threat to northern Israeli communities and breach cross-border agreements.
