While the top prize remains unclaimed, a significant winning ticket was sold. A ticket purchased at Wright's Market on Ventura Boulevard in Oxnard matched five of the numbers, securing a prize of $2,323,527.
The next opportunity to win will be during the drawing scheduled for Monday night.

The record for the largest Powerball jackpot stands at $2.04 billion, which was won on November 7, 2022. More recently, the jackpot was last hit on September 6 by two tickets sold in Missouri and Texas, which shared a prize of $1.787 billion. Since that date, there have been 43 consecutive drawings without a jackpot winner.
Should someone win the current $1.6 billion jackpot, they will face a choice. The winner can opt for annual payments totaling an estimated $1.5 billion or choose an immediate lump sum payment of $735.3 million.
